How To Sell Your Northern VA Home

Marketing Your Nothern Virginia Home

Once a listing agreement is signed to place your home on the real estate market, I'll be compiling all the information I've gleaned about your home and adding it to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). This information will include instructions to other agents about showing your home to their buyers.

I'll be extensively marketing to present your home to its best advantage. Your home will be seen on numerous high–traffic web sites that home buyers frequent for massive, national and international reach for those relocating to Northern Virginia/DC area. Traditional marketing efforts such as direct mail and advertising in The Post and The Gazette are also used. Additionally, my association with Long & Foster assures that your home will be advertised in military and foreign service publications for those moving to the area.

Where Do Buyers Come From?

While 86% of home buyers start their search for a home online, approximately 56% of all buyers come from referrals between other agents and their large network of contacts. Approximately 17% of buyers come from viewing your "For Sale" sign in your yard. And the remaining 27% of buyers come from a combination of a real estate company's reputation and image, open houses, and advertising*

I'd love the opportunity to discuss the details of my plan to successfully market your home. When you're ready, contact me.
