The hot water heater was replaced in 2018 and a new washer and dryer purchased in 2023. The Weil McLain Boiler produces oil fired hot water to the base boards and is well maintained with annual service checks. The basement's foundation mirrors the exposed stone construction of the entire house and features a poured concrete floor, with a walk-up exit leading outside.
